Four-body round case in yellow gold.
Superb white enamelled dial with two counters, "Breguet" type Arabic numerals, black painted 1/5 seconds railroad, yellow gold and blued steel leaf hands for the chronometer hand.
30-minute totalizer at 12 o'clock and small second hand at 6 o'clock.

Superb mechanical movement, anchor escapement, bimetallic balance wheel, cylindrical Breguet balance spring, movement no. 35986.
Coaxial winder, push-piece chronograph functions, instant jump minute recorder.
Inner case engraved "DITIS" and "Grand prix, Paris 1900 exhibition, first at the chronometric competitions of the Kew, Washington Neuchâtel observatories".
Back of box monogrammed "C.H" in interlacing.
