Pablo PICASSO (1881-1973) Family of acrobats with a macaque, 1905 Original drypoint etching (Atelier Paul Fort) Unsigned On Van Gelder Zonen wove paper 51 x 33 cm REFERENCE : - Bloch catalog raisonné #11 - Geiser-Baer catalog raisonné #13b INFORMATION : Very fine proof of the print made by Fort for Ambroise Vollard, with the acid runs clearly visible. The edition was 250 proofs, but only about 50 survived, making this plate particularly rare. Excellent condition, with minor oxidation in the margins. Works on paper (posters, prints) will be sent, on request, in a reinforced tube with tracking and insurance up to 500€, by MBE Paris VIII at the following rates: France 39€ / EU + UK 49€ / Switzerland 79€ / USA and Canada 109€ / Rest of the world 125€.
