Imbued with numerous influences, whether Nordic, Italian or Parisian, they feature a wide variety of subjects: pastorals, seascapes, landscapes with classical architecture in ruins or picturesque villages, or topographical landscapes. One example of this work appears under inventory number TH.99.15.3690.(2) in the collection of the Musée des Beaux Arts de Nancy.
