Using atypical forms and materials, he opened a sculpture workshop in the 1960s and began his first luminous creations. His work "Maxi Light" presented here, takes the form of flashlights, an everyday object transposed here to the rank of work of art by its format and its unique treatment. First marketed in his gallery "Formes et Couleurs" opened in 1972, Yonel Lebovici's productions entered the art market in the 1990s. The artist will know a success whose progression increases in a constant way. His luminous works are among the most sought-after and constitute a sure value on the art market.
