André HAMBOURG (1909-1999) A corner of the countryside, 1974 Original ink drawing Signed in ink On paper 24 x 15.5 cm PROVENANCE: This drawing comes from the personal collection of Pierre Lhoste. As a radio journalist, Pierre Lhoste (1913-1984) asked the personalities he interviewed to sign an autograph accompanied by a drawing of a tree, thus constituting a unique record of his interviews. Very good condition, edges slightly damaged and yellowed, small amount of foxing.
